About Mayfair Scholars
Dedicated to providing exceptional, highly personalised academic support that transforms potential into excellence, delivered online worldwide.
Who We Are
Mayfair Scholars is an online tutoring and educational consultancy that connects ambitious students with outstanding educators. We specialise in 11+ and school entrance preparation, GCSE and A-Level tuition, and ongoing academic mentorship across STEM, Humanities and Languages.
Unlike large tutoring platforms that rely on algorithmic matching and volume, we take a different approach: every tutor on our roster is personally interviewed by our founding team, and every student pairing is made by hand based on detailed consultation. Our tutors attend or have attended Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL and other leading universities. We believe the right tutor does not just know the subject; they understand how your child learns.
Based in London and teaching online, we work with students across the UK and internationally. Live lessons take place on Google Meet with a shared online whiteboard, and are every bit as rigorous and engaging as traditional in-person sessions.

-

The safety and well-being of the students we work with is our absolute priority. We operate an uncompromising vetting process for all tutors on our roster.

- Rigorous identity and qualification verification
- Thorough professional referencing
Our Commitment
Every tutor at Mayfair Scholars is personally interviewed by our founding team. We verify academic credentials, conduct thorough reference checks, and are in the process of completing enhanced DBS certification for every educator on our platform. Your child's safety is non-negotiable.
